One year gone
On March 27th I was officially in Turkey for one year.
The day included fish at the usual spots and the night with the usual crowd.
At some point in the night between Araf and some geodesic rave I was hit by a car.
But I’m ok.
oh well, on to the next one.

So I may have not mentioned it, but I’m in Tunisia.
At lunch the host seated me right next to this dude at a Tunis café. Like right next to, not even catty corner and I freaked out and said I would rather sit outside.
Now did I move because I’m American and love my personal space and sitting next to a strange dude would violate that or because I’m so used to Muslim cultures...

The days here are much shorter than anywhere else.
This might have to do with winter, or the busyness of it all, but I’m not sure.
I spend a lot of time waiting, and napping. Mid-morning naps are the best.
